Billing & Plans
How do I upgrade to Pro?
You can upgrade to Pro from your dashboard at any time. Go to Settings > Billing and select your preferred plan. Your upgrade takes effect immediately.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your billing settings. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period, then automatically switch to the free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with Pro features. Contact support for refund requests.
Technical Issues
My video won't upload. What should I do?
Check that your video is under 2GB and in a supported format (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV). If issues persist, try uploading from a different browser or clear your cache.
AI processing is taking too long. Is this normal?
Processing time depends on video length and complexity. Typical times: 5-10 min for 1-hour video. Pro users get priority processing. Check the status page for any service updates.
The AI removed important content. How do I fix this?
All AI edits are suggestions that you can review and undo. Use the transcript editor to restore any content the AI incorrectly flagged for removal.
