AI Accuracy

Our AI algorithms are designed for high accuracy but may not be perfect. Results depend on input quality, content complexity, and other factors. Users should review AI-generated edits before finalizing.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEAMCUT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

10. Termination

Termination by You

Termination by SeamCut

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these terms or our policies
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Effect of Termination

  • Access to services immediately stops
  • Content may be deleted after grace period
  • Outstanding fees remain due
  • Survival clauses continue to apply

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
